Founded over 30 years ago, La Financière de l'Échiquier (LFDE) is one of the leading asset management companies in France and currently manages over €11 billion in assets under management.
In 2018, La Financière de l'Échiquier's Product Marketing team chose to integrate the Bricks tool within the company in order to optimize the updating of its sales documentation.

The context of the La Financière de l'Echiquier x Bricks.ai project

The Product Marketing team of La Financière de L'Echiquier provides its employees with more than a thousand documents, in 6 different languages, updated monthly or quarterly.
They must meet regulatory and commercial requirements, but also the needs for reactivity and precision imposed by their ecosystem.
In this context, it was essential for the Product Marketing team to find the right sales support tool.

The challenges of the La Financière de l'Echiquier x Bricks.ai project

The project led by La Financière de l'Echiquier and Bricks.ai is based on 3 main objectives:

  1. To secure data and their update through a major work on mapping and data flows
  2. Increase the added value of the team by centralizing and automating the content offered. Updating the same document in 6 languages is now done in a few clicks by Bricks via their unique administrator board and the use of "variables".
  3. Offer "more and better": the time saved will allow to create and offer more content to each sales team, meeting their specific needs and those of their investors

The LFDE x Bricks.ai project made it possible to meet these three challenges:

On the one hand, the update of the 700,000 data made available each month is done in a few clicks via Bricks through predetermined variables. 90 days: this is the number of working days saved each year per team member since the implementation of Bricks on the updating work.

In addition, Bricks offers the possibility to automatically manage the display of data and graphical elements according to pre-established and dynamic criteria when generating a document. This significantly reduces the number of manual PowerPoint or other operations to be performed on a daily basis while increasing the volume of information made available.

Finally, the centralization of content allows you to easily propose new document templates without multiplying the number of documents. From a single administrator board accessible only by the Markleting Products team, the latter assembles different bricks and creates document templates for its employees, according to their specific needs. It then shares them in the different user boards, accessible by all the company's teams according to the language of the documents and the marketing rules of their products.

This project required significant implementation work by the Product Marketing and IT teams of La Financière de l'Echiquier and Bricks.ai.
In the end, the Bricks tool revolutionized the daily life of the Product Marketing team and the sales team. The tool met all the challenges it was asked to face and was quickly adopted by all employees.

LFDE employees loved the tool from the very first time they used it, it saved them from having to copy and paste and, above all, it secured the data, which is very important in our ecosystem.

According to Audrey and Clothilde, the use of Bricks has been very well received by the sales teams.

Bricks is a transversal and evolving tool, which has been able to embrace the whole company from the very first time it was used, and is now part of the marketing team.

It has become an indispensable work tool for the Product Marketing team, and at the same time ensures that the other teams in the company have access to more content and business documents, thus meeting their specific needs.
