Onet is the French leader in business services such as cleaning and related services. Onet Propreté et Services is the branch specialized in cleaning, sanitation and hygiene. Since 2021, Onet Propreté et Services has placed its trust in Bricks.ai as part of the Onet x Bricks.ai project. This project, launched by Emilie Saby, aims to transform the creation of responses to calls for tender by sales representatives.

For the last part of our Builders program, we visited Emilie in Marseille at Onet's offices. She tells us the details of the project.

Context and stakes of the Onet x Bricks.ai project

At first glance, the Onet x Bricks.ai project begins in a context of digital transformation and must meet a series of specific challenges.

The project context

When Emilie arrived at Onet Propreté as Marketing & Communication Manager, she noticed something. She realized that the 180 Onet agencies in France were managing their responses to calls for tender independently.

As a result, the Onet brand image and the visual aspect of the documents suffered. In addition, sales staff wasted precious time retrieving the information they needed.

Project Challenges

After reflection, the main challenges of the project were identified:

  • Centralize the content needed by sales representatives on a single platform;
  • Harmonize the media used by the various sales representatives;
  • To guarantee the respect of the Onet brand image.

As a result, by addressing these issues, Onet salespeople can also save valuable time. In other words, they increase their sales effectiveness and can focus on other high value-added tasks.

Onet x Bricks.ai Project Timeline and Results

The project steps

As you might expect, the Onet project is large in scope. Indeed, it includes both a Word and a PowerPoint component. It must also respond collectively to the individual needs of the 180 Onet branches.

First of all, Emilie takes the time to create the most complete tender response template possible in order to respond to the wide range of solicitations. In addition, this support is in line with the visual identity of the Onet Group. Once the content has been validated by the sales team, it is a matter of modularizing this content and creating the corresponding tree structure on Bricks.

As the first environment is set up, other variations of the format follow. Thus, there are more or less complete versions of the offer available in Word and PowerPoint format. In a word, this organization ensures that every salesperson will find what they need in Bricks.

Project results

As far as the results of the project are concerned, the positive feedback from the sales representatives was not long in coming. Indeed, it is undeniable that the different environments meet the challenges set. On the one hand, salespeople have access to up-to-date content that is consistent with the Onet image on a single platform. Now, salespeople are able to generate their materials quickly.

When we rolled out Bricks to all users, it was like a Christmas present.

On the other hand, the advantage of customization is key for salespeople. Ultimately, they can put their personal touch on the materials in their native format before sending them to prospects and customers. As Emilie mentions, "a fundamental advantage was being able to modify the content once the file was generated.

Finally, for Emilie, centralizing the content simplifies its update and allows her to keep control of the brand image and the sales arguments.
